August brought some of Quotr’s biggest additions yet: a full Imposition tool, a live product builder, richer customer management, production messaging, new network workflows, and better reporting — all while continuing to make quoting and checkout faster.

Big tools. Better workflow. Less jumping between apps.
Rather than listing every small change, here are the biggest additions from August — the updates that meaningfully expand what stores can do inside Quotr.
New Imposition Tool
Upload PDF, JPEG, or PNG artwork from your device or Quotr Files, choose production sheet sizes, gang artwork automatically or by rows and columns, add bleed and safe-zone guides, center layouts, Smart Rotate, preview at different zoom levels, and export a high-quality imposed PDF.
Live Product Builder
Build real in-house products directly inside Quotr with pricing, sizes, materials, finishing, production rules, Smart Gang-Up previews, and product image upload. Published products flow into the normal in-house product experience.
My Customers CRM
Customer records now work more like a true CRM workspace, with improved profiles, order history, editing, follow-up tools, and a cleaner responsive layout for managing customer relationships.
Active Jobs + Board View
Active Jobs received a major workflow upgrade, including Board View for moving print jobs through clear production phases while still keeping the detailed job statuses available behind the scenes.
Store Messaging + Production Network
Stores can now connect with production partners and carry on persistent store-to-store conversations. Messaging stays available globally with unread notifications while production partner and route management are easier to navigate.
Outsource Cost + Profit Reporting
Quotr can now estimate outsource cost from configured markups and show expected profit and margin in reporting, giving owners a clearer picture of what outsourced work is actually contributing.
Improved Quotr Emails
Quote, order, and production-routing emails received updated Quotr branding and presentation, along with optional owner BCC copies for better visibility without exposing internal addresses.
More Products + EDDM
The catalog continues to expand with new EDDM print-only products, Greeting Cards, Door Hangers, and additional product imagery and presentation improvements across the storefront.

A quick manual install.

Download the APK
Tap the download button and wait for the file to finish downloading on the Android device.
Open the downloaded file
Open the browser download prompt or your Downloads folder and tap the Quotr APK file.
Allow browser installs if prompted
If Android blocks the install, allow installs from that browser source, then return to the APK and run it again.
Sign in and start quoting
Open Quotr, sign in, and your store settings, products, customers, files, orders, and reports will be ready.
